The day after we picked Daniel up from the airport we got to go back to pick up my sister in law sharisa who came out for a visit. She took a week out from work to come and keep me company and do a little shopping. She is also pregnant, she is about 6 weeks ahead of me and they are having a boy. We spent the week talking laughing, cooking and shopping.
Some Highlights:
** Earlier that week Justin finally got the movie he had been for from Netflix. Side Out it is a volleyball movie that was made in the 80's. When I say 80's i mean 80's big hair, lots and lots of neon, stone washed jeans, and pants to the armpits. Anyway Sharisa thought that it would be fun if we made dinner and themed it after the movie. We made Zack Barnes zucchini, cutty chicken, Sparkling shotty soda. There were others but I can't remember them right now
** Sitting around in our pajamas until 1 in the afternoon.
**Going to Park City and shopping all day. I found some great jeans. I really found two pairs and wanted both but decided to get one because of the price. I get to the register and they end up being half the price so I got two pairs of designer jeans for the price of one. WHOO HOO. Then as we were walking down main street we were talking about trying to find a Bella Band. It is a band that goes around your waist it keeps your pants up even when they are unbuttoned and unzipped. That way you can wear you regular jeans your whole pregnancy. Well just as we were trying to think of places that sell them we walked into a store and not a baby store, and there they were. So Sharisa got one after just saying that she wanted one really bad.
** We scoured the valley for stores that had cute baby boy stuff. Trust us there is just not a lot of things for boys that are cute. You can even ask Daniel we dragged him around with us one day. We told him that while we were out we could by a phone store so he could put minutes on his phone. The funny thing is we didn't even do that we got caught up with shopping for baby stuff and totally forgot. (sorry Daniel, but hey what a trooper he was.)
** We found the best little boutique called Dear Lizzie it made me hope that I was having a girl. All the stuff they had was amazing and beautiful, even the cupcakes. But we didn't get a cupcake, we forgot to. Oh well we'll have to do that next time she comes to visit.
** Watching our husbands play volleyball together for the first time. It was great to be in the sun and Justin and Brock did really well for the first time playing together. We had a great BBQ afterwards, steak potato's, corn on the cob, and salad it was wonderful. Friends family and good food a perfect vacation.
It was nice to be able to spend so much time with Sharisa. She is a beautiful, smart, kind, caring person. I really enjoyed having her here and wish what her and Brock lived closer so we could spend even more time together. I can't until both our babies are born in know they will be close.

Return of the Kiwi
Daniel Jones the international man of mystery. Daniel is a good friend of ours that Justin met on his trip to New Zealand a couple years ago. He came here last summer to visit friends and to do volleyball camps with me and Justin with gold medal squared. We had a blast with him while he lived with us, and missed him when he left. He moved from here to London and Now he is back! He decided to come back for this summer again to do camps. We are so happy to have him here. He is the nicest guy, and we just love having him here. We wish that he would just move here and stay. (oh and we have to make sure that he doesn't have fizzy drinks or things like this happen) **fizzy drink=caffinated soda**

What baby wants baby gets!
So I think that I have had my first pregnancy craving. For the past four days I have not been able to get through the day without a bowl of hot tomato soup. MMMMMM... It just baffles Justin how I can eat it in the middle of the summer when our air conditioner doesn't work. I can't explain how good it tastes with milk and a little pepper. I am just glad that I am craving something that has less than 100 calories.

Thump Thump Thump
We heard the heart beat for the first time yesterday. It was a little surreal, up to this point I still haven't totally believed that I am actually pregnant. I have been so lucky to not have been sick at all and not felt any other symptoms so it hasn't really been real. But when we went to the doctor and heard that fast little thump thump it all became real. There was a flood of mixed emotions, at first I was overcome with joy and excitement, that lasted a few minutes and then the inevitable holy crap I am having a baby that will be mine forever pretty awesome and scary. I am just so glad that I have Justin who is amazing with kids and is going to be the best dad ever! So all in all it was great visit the doctor said the heart beat sounded strong and healthy. He also said that I was very healthy and should expect and wonderful easy pregnancy from here on out. That was music to my ears.
*** on a sad note there will be a minor halt to the pictures up on our blog. I am sad to announce that this weekend in Indiana my camera (or my baby that is what I call it) was stolen. boo hoo. I am now on a rabid hunt to replace it and will hopefully not have to go to long without my artistic outlet.
**** Also thank you to all that have congratulated us on the baby we are very grateful to have such amazing family and friends. Our kid is so lucky!

This is the Rolls Royce of strollers. It is called the Orbit and the seat swivels all the way around. Only the best for baby Hutchins, and mom too. Really though it is awesome and will be great to have.

1+1=3
Justin and I are excited to finally let the cat out of the bag... We are expecting!!! I am about 13 weeks along right now and feel great. We are very excited about out little addition. We had been trying for a little while and were actually starting to get discouraged, so we decided to take an extra trip to the temple that month and while there we both just had a feeling that we needed to be patient and remember that this is the lords timing more than it is ours. We left with lifted spirits like always but even more so that day. This was in February, march went by and life continued. So at the end of April I planned my trip to California to see my family for spring break and flew home. When on the plane I just felt funny kinda like I was sick which was weird I fly A LOT and have never gotten sick. My dad picked me up and I started my vacation. I can't say that I was sick or felt totally different but something was just off. Every once in a while I would just feel like someone zapped all my energy and if I didn't sleep right then I might die. But I have very tiring job and busy life so I just figured that I was over worked and really needed the break. So on Thursday the day before we were to go to Disneyland I thought that I would just take a test and see because I am a very healthy person and I just didn't feel right. So my sister and I went to target and got a pregnancy test. We wanted to keep my mom and dad from knowing what we were doing so we made some story about my sister needing a new bra for Disneyland. My dad was agitated that we were leaving because he was literally in the car ready to drive down to my aunts house. Long story short the two tests were positive I was in shock. I was so excited and scared at the same time because holy crap it is real now. but way way way more excited! It was hard though because I could not say anything so I had to keep it from my mom and dad, and Justin because I wanted to tell him in a cute way when I got home. So I kept my mouth quiet and flew home I picked Justin up from a volleyball tournament. When he got in the car I showed him a coach bag that my mom had bought me while I was home. He was like great so I told that I had a surprise for him in the bag. he thought that it was something from Disneyland. He looked and took out one of the tests and was speechless. Tears were shed I won't say by who but we are just so happy that our family is really starting. I learned through this experience that I must be patient and trust the lord. I am so grateful that I married to such a good man who will bless our family with his priesthood and be an amazing dad.

WOW I don't really know where to begin this one... It has been so long and so much has happened. I will try hard to keep things in chronological order as best I can. So to start, the last week in April was spring for me so I decided it was time for me to get on a jet plane and see my family. For those who don't live in Utah this winter has looooooong and hard. In fact it is almost the end of June and the last remnants of snow are still on the mountains. Anyway I flew to California to stay for a week and a half, I was so excited but also sad that I would have to leave Justin for the whole time. I justified by telling myself that he had finals and would to be busy to spend time with me anyway so I might as well go. I got there on a Friday and left the following Sunday. I have been married now for almost three years and on my own for almost five so I can't really call California home anymore, but when I got off that plane and felt the sun smelled the fog I was surprised by my feelings. It was like I had been captive somewhere for a long time and I finally returned the things of familiarity. Now this has nothing to do with Justin or living in Utah (well maybe it has a little to do with living in Utah) but I think I just forget sometimes that the majority of my memories and feelings are linked so closely with where I grew up. Normally when I go home I focus on going to the beach and being in the sun and soaking what is "California" this time though I soaked up what was my childhood. Hearing the lions at the zoo down the street. Walking my old streets and seeing that the houses are the same and the families that live in them for that matter. I guess where I am going with this is so much of me has changed and a lot of it has happened here in Utah. I have grown up, gotten married, bought a home, established roots of my own, and created relationships , but I still don't have the same feelings when I step off the plane here. I am overjoyed to see Justin and get back to our home, but I don't drive up our street and reminisce about all the football throwing and bike riding that I have done there. So although this probably will be that for our kids I just can't quite call this home.

So onto the vacation now that I have that off my chest. I was so excited to see my family my sister mom dad, Ryan and Miriam and baby avers. It was great laid back and just relaxing. Most days I just hung out by the pool until my sister got home then I forced her to spend every waking moment with me. ( she loved it) The best was staying up late with my mom and sister just talking, we all congregated on my sisters bed and would talk until Danielle felt like we had been in her world too long. Another one of my favorite things to do when i go home is to roast hot dogs in the fire pit. My mom buys the best hot dogs in the world Hebrew nationals and we roast them over the open flame. Just for information purposes that is the only way to eat a hot dog. I got to see my niece Ava a lot which was so much fun, she grows so fast and i wish i could be there more to see her grow up. On Friday my sister, mom, dad, and myself all went to Disneyland. It was so much fun I love Disneyland. We drove down the night before and stayed with my aunt and uncle. It felt like Christmas morning, my sister and I both had a hard time going to sleep because of childlike excitement. We woke up early and got there just as the gates opened. We went on every ride multiple times, the lines weren't that long it was really great. My dad truly showed his ability to eat. He did not stop the whole day pizza, corn dog (a foot long) ice-cream popcorn and as we were leaving he had to get big pickle for the road. I had such a great time with my family I love them so much, they are the best! Here are some pictures from the the trip
My mom and dad They are so cute!

This Ava My brother Ryan's little girl. Taking pictures of her is easy she is one of the most photogenic little girls, just like the rest of my nieces. We went on a walk and got this shot when she was turning around in her stroller tyring to see her grandpa.
Ryan and Ava, it is so fun to see him with her. She loves her dad so much and just lights up around her. He is such a great dad which is still weird to think that my brother is a dad.
On our walk we saw cows all over the hills behind my parents house. Ava was absolutely entranced by them and the noise they were making.

Serenity by Jan
It seems like the world is right again now that Michael Scott is back. I am so a happy that my Thursday nights are complete once again, the whole gang is back. And oh man are they, the season opener was awesome. More awkward Jan and Michael moments more Jim blankly starring at the camera in disbelieve that this is his life. I am a happier person when this show is on TV. So all I have to say is Welcome back welcome back welcome back!

I never want to do anything different but work with amazing children everyday. I love my job because at any given moment I can hear the funniest thing ever. Like today I was sitting with C and we are talking about spring break, what we do for spring and how we don't come to school during spring break.
* side note- When dealing with autism routine and consistency are very important things. So whenever there is going to be a major change in the kids schedule we have to prepare them by talking about it a few weeks in advance. This way it will be easier on their parents when the bus doesn't show up on Monday.*
So any way we're sitting there talking and he gets this look on his face like just found the cure for cancer and says.... " spring break means no CHURCH!!" I giggle a little and before I can recover He says " I wish I was the prophet then I would never have to go to church." Oh things you hear when you live Utah.
I LOVE MY JOB!!!!

Hutchins Happs
Okay so people have been asking about what we have been up to so I figured it was about time for an update. A lot has actually happened in the last little while. First I am 23 now My birthday was on April 5th which was this last Saturday. It feels weird though I don't look forward to birthdays the way I once did. I don't know how to take it, one way I could look at like I am getting older and more mature and think of my life in stages rather than in birthdays. Or it means that I have become boring and lost my childhood zeal. I'll stick with the first. Anyway My birthday was spent where else in a gym watching volleyball. That is right I have resigned to the fact that I am going to live and probably die in a gym. I guess there could be worse places though. (I am trying really hard to be optimistic) Justin's team had a tournament so that is where is spent my birthday. The worst part was they played horrible, they lost the first two matches and played like total doo doo! So that was not a good start. But the picked it up and finished the day strong. They started the day in fifth place and ended the day in fifth place which what good considering their start. This put Justin in a good mood and we went to dinner with our close friends to celebrate. Justin was so sweet he let me go on a shopping trip where I got some much needed spring clothes. He fixed my long board, and got us a wireless router so we have the Internet. That way when I write long well articulated blogs about politics I won't loose them.
This weekend was Also General Conference for those outside the LDS faith this is a biannual event where we get to hear our Church leaders speak to us on the topics they are inspired to speak on. It is a very wonderful and uplifting. It also causes you to rethink your current state, the things that you are doing well and the things that maybe you could be a little better at. It was also an amazing time for us to be able to sustain a new prophet President Thomas S. Monson. It was a little bitter sweet because I loved President Hinckley so much he was the prophet that I remember really taking counsel from. President Monson is equally as amazing he is straight forward and has such a kind demeanor. I love he pokes fun at himself a little it shows that he just a man who is striving for same thing we all are. It also was so nice to sit and know that even though he may new to the calling of President he is just as inspired to lead the lords church.
I am looking forward to the next couple weeks, this week we are taking the kids in our class to discovery gateway. It is a cool interactive museum in Salt lake they will get to learn about the human body and play with all sorts of stuff. Also this Friday I get to fly home for spring break. I am going to stay for a whole week. The sad part is Justin will be staying here, he has finals though so even if I was here we would not be able to spend any time together. I will miss him tons but I am really looking forward to catching up on my reading at the beach, and spending very minute with my family. (especially baby avers).
So there you go that is what we have been up to Love you case.
